Financial Aid and Scholarships

From merit-based scholarships to need-based grants and tuition discounts, we reward your hard work and potential. File your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine your eligibility for federal aid. In addition, we demonstrate our commitment to supporting professional growth through tuition discounts to employees of our partner organizations.

CMU awards over $55 million in grants and scholarships each year, with about 91% of full-time undergraduates receiving financial aid. Students can explore a wide range of scholarship opportunities, including specialized awards like the Innovation and Online/CMU Online Scholarship, which provides $1,200 per year for up to three years. Additional scholarships are available through ROTC, the CMU Alumni Association and CMU Online.
